Handbook: Community Facilitation for Nonviolent Ecosocial Transitions: F-NET

The transition to more sustainable, feminist and peaceful societies is more urgent than ever. For this reason, the nonviolent social transformation is necessary from personal change to sociopolitical change. The first step is to think from and for the group.

The manual “Community Facilitation for Nonviolent Ecosocial Transitions: F-NET” is a tool to organize communities and groups with the aim of building popular power for social transformation.

This manual provides strategies and tools to reinforce the pillars that make a group or campaign effective. In the manual, you will find topics such as: creating spaces where the positive interactions predominate; implement nonviolent communication; manage conflicts in a positive way; make decisions in an effective and inclusive way; promote multiple leaderships; among others.
