The purpose of this document is to provide a regulatory and action framework for any case or situation of discrimination, sexism, harassment or sexual aggression that may take place in NOVACT’s physical work spaces as well as in its work environments, such as travel and training, etc.
It is an adaptation of the protocol of the Federation of NGOs of Catalonia (Lafede.cat), based on its principles and guidelines and adapted to the reality and needs of NOVACT. It pays special attention to the prevention and care of people who may suffer any situation of harassment or aggression in the organization, as well as to the cohesion and care of the group, linking some of the actions of the protocol with actions of the Gender Equality Plan.
