She will discuss the recent Communication submitted to the United Nations Human Rights Committee regarding the forced disappearance of a woman in Guip\u00fazcoa in 1936. She will focus on the legal challenges of prosecuting such crimes in Spain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anna Mi\u00f1arro:<\/strong> Clinical psychologist, psychoanalyst, and researcher. Currently the coordinator of Psychosocial Support in the IV Plan for Exhumations of the Government of the Balearic Islands. She will talk about the first Communication submitted to the United Nations Human Rights Committee, in collaboration with Woman&#8217;s Link, concerning the forced disappearance of a couple in Mallorca in 1936.
