Nearly 30,000 people have been killed, and the two million living in the Strip are trapped while being constantly bombarded.<\/p>\n<p>Today, the Centre Del\u00e0s publishes an article in eldiario.es demonstrating that the Spanish government has been lying about the suspension of arms sales to Israel. The investigation proves that since October 7th, the Spanish State has been selling arms to Israel. With the ruling of the International Court of Justice, it is expected that the international community will play a crucial role in ensuring its implementation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/6&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]In the face of continued complicity with Israel by the international community and the Government of Spain, and the lack of concrete measures to end the genocide perpetrated by Israel in Palestine, we, along with various entities from the NGO Coordinator, present a proposal for a Non-Legislative Proposition (PNL) to continue pressuring parliamentary groups and demanding:<\/p>\n<p><strong>IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT CEASEFIRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An immediate ceasefire that must respect International Humanitarian Law and allow for the immediate protection of all civilian populations in the Occupied Palestinian Territory #CeasefireNow<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUFFICIENT AND SUSTAINED HUMANITARIAN ACCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We demand the establishment of humanitarian access throughout Gaza and the provision of continuous and sufficient assistance, supplies, and essential services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPECT FOR INTERNATIONAL LAW<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Demand the implementation of accountability mechanisms provided for by International Law for all war crimes and systematic violations of international law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>END ARMS TRADE WITH ISRAEL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is necessary to end the armament relations that the Spanish state has with Israel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WORK FOR A NEGOTIATED SOLUTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We urge the international community to address the root causes and seek a negotiated political solution that grants the same rights to live in freedom and dignity to the Palestinian population.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INTER-PARLIAMENTARY GROUP FOR PALESTINE FOR THIS LEGISLATURE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A fully formalized and active group where organizations and parliamentary groups can maintain regular dialogue, in addition to other initiatives that the intergroup may wish to promote.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/6&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/6&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]On February 7th, it marked 4 months since the genocide that Israel has been perpetrating in Gaza.
