Call for technical services to design five online peacebuilding courses for Ukraine

NOVACT is launching a call for technical services to contract a consultant or consultancy team to coordinate, design and develop five online courses adapted to the Ukrainian context. Proposals may be submitted until 29 July 2026.

The consultancy will be responsible for coordinating the pedagogical development of the courses, defining a common methodology, coordinating the work of experts, and preparing the content for publication on the NOVACT Academy. The project will be implemented within the framework of NOVACT’s work in Ukraine and will involve Ukrainian partners, including Youth Up and the Center for Civil Liberties (CCL).

The five courses will cover peacebuilding and social cohesion, digital security for activists and human rights defenders, digital advocacy and nonviolent mobilization, countering disinformation and media literacy, and the Women, Peace and Security agenda applied to digital peacebuilding.

The call is aimed at professionals or consultancy teams with experience in developing digital learning programmes, coordinating educational processes, and working with civil society organizations in areas such as peacebuilding, human rights, or civic participation. Experience in conflict-affected contexts and knowledge of the Ukrainian context will be particularly valued.
